Erin joins us this week, bringing experience in both technology and food production.
While in university, she conducted research on sustainable fish feeds in aquaculture and produced a thesis on commercial aquaponic farms. She spent the last two years with a leading American hydroponic greenhouse grower, spearheading projects across technology and finance. Before this, she was a consultant for an analytics software company, working with Fortune 500 companies to create data-driven strategic decisions. She holds a BA in Environmental Studies with Honors from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Originally from the US, Erin has spent just under a year here in London. In her spare time, she’s getting to know the city by exploring every new restaurant, music venue, and vintage shop she can.
