Excellent session and some really thought-provoking questions were put forward. In the session poll, the audience agreed with the notion of revitalising and finding opportunities with varieties that have fallen out of favour with conventional agriculture.
It was also great to see such a varied programme at the Congress this year, with everything from branding, to non-food avenues for vertically farmed crops, to applications in space.
